Week 6 #14

Technorati-where do they get these names? This is an internet search engine for searching blogs. I did a keyword search for "Learning 2.0" and got lots of hits. Everyone wants to be famous I guess, and this is one way to get your blog read.

Week 6 #13

Del.icio.us is a bookmarking site where you can take you bookmarks with you from computer to computer. Great idea! I listened to Kathleen Gilroy's spiel about it, boring...Then I read the Us.ef.ul Beginners guide to the next big thing. Much more interesting and easy to comprehend. I found it very helpful and easy to follow. That said, I now have a Del.icio.us account. I'm not sure if I like that other people can see what I have bookmarked though.

Week 5 #12

Well, I have tried Rollyo 3 times. I can't say that I am impressed. It isn't easy to navigate and gives very little instruction on what to do. This one thing alone took way more then a half an hour. I do have an account and have created a search roll even though I can't attach it to my blog, so I guess you could say I've completed week 5 thing 12. I wouldn't really use this, but I guess people who check multiple websites would.

Week 5 #10

Yahoo! Avatars U.K. & Ireland

I enjoyed looking at some of the generators. They can be very humorous. Take a look at the Goth Name Generator for a few laughs. Making an avatar was also interesting. Even after all of those choices, sometimes you still can't decide what to wear.
